a copy of your IRS tax letter with your 501 (c) (3) status and a
written request on your organizations letterhead. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for donation requests to be processed. Our Charitable Contributions
Committee is charged with overseeing our charitable giving and
encouraging decentralization of charitable giving so that the greatest
impact is where Surf Diva, Inc. customers live and work. Only
501(c) (3) nonprofit organizations, which meet our giving guidelines
and focus areas, are considered. We would like to respond
favorably to all requests however the needs are far greater than our
allocated resources. Surf Diva, Inc. FUNDRAISER - Retail Therapy Surf Diva, Inc. is committed to supporting our community members and organizations. We would like to offer an alternative fund raising opportunity to organizations interested in hosting a "Retail Therapy" Fundraiser. Surf Diva can organize a private
VIP Shopping event at the Surf Diva boutique from 6:30-8:30pm on any chosen day of the year. The organization will be in charge for inviting guests to come shop at the Surf Diva boutique and receive a 10% discount off Surf Diva
merchandise. Surf Diva will match this 10% to donate to your
organization, or a 20% total donation.
Surf Diva can provide our logo for organizations to print out fliers to give out to the community to invite them to shop at Surf Diva. This will be a great way to involve the community and to fund raise for organizations.
Organizations can bring hors d'oeuvres into the store as part of the fundraising event, since the store will only be open to the organization only. These VIP Shopping events can handle between 20 and 65 guests and are at no cost to the organization.
Surf Diva has fund raised for organizations including: Life Rolls On, National Aids Trust, TOMS Shoes, Freedom Is Not Free, local schools, and many more.
