In order to best serve our students, Surf Diva has a firm cancellation policy. It is your responsibility to read and understand the cancellation policy before making a reservation. Once payment has been made there are no refunds, only credits towards future Surf Diva lessons or trips. The $500.00, U.S.D., deposit will NOT be refunded after reservation is made. Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the first day of trip will receive a credit for 90% of the remaining balance, 30 days prior 80%, 21 days prior 50%. No credits will be issued after 21 days prior to the first day of the trip. Credits must be used within one year from the start date of the cancelled program. If a student shows up to camp late or leaves camp early, no credit will be offered to make up for the missed days of camp. No shows will not be eligible for a credit and may not reschedule without paying for another reservation in full. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including personal emergencies or weather conditions. Surf Diva strongly recommends purchasing Travel Protection Insurance, in case you need to cancel. To compare prices of different Travel Insurance companies go to www.quotewright.com .
If Surf Diva must cancel a program, participants will receive a full refund of payments made. Surf Diva is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips, such as airline tickets or costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, or illness.
