Surf Diva Celebrates Cool Ways to Honor San Diego Dads!

 

Surf Diva Surf School to Host Father’s Day Surf Clinic for Dads and Kids – Dads Join the Fun for Free!

 

            La Jolla, CA, May 30 2007---Surf Diva announced today that they have almost completely filled their special Father’s Day surf clinic. Surf Diva Surf School posted information on the special clinic for dads on their website a few weeks ago and the response from kids hoping to bring their dads in for a surf lesson has been huge.

 

            The idea behind this special event is that kids sign up for a surf lesson on Father’s Day and bring their dads along for free.

 

            “We teach thousands of guys to surf each year through our camps and “Guys on the Side” programs. We really wanted to offer kids something fun and adventurous to do with their dads this Father’s Day. We thought this would be a great way for dads and kids to surf together!” said Izzy Tihanyi, company co-owner and CEO.

 

The two-hour surf clinic takes place June17 from 12.30pm to 2.30pm. Kids, both boys and girls, will need to be a minimum age of 6 to take part with their dads. The cost will be $77 and all equipment will be provided.
