Note: Items bought in our La Jolla Boutique need to be exchanged in person within 7 days from purchase. 

Exchanges and Returns

Aloha! We will be happy to accept an exchange or return from you for items that do not fit or do not meet your satisfaction. Our exchange/return policy is as follows. The exchange/return MUST be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. The items must have original Surf Diva tags attached, they must be unworn, and you must send your receipt from purchase. Any shipments received after 7 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please ship the items prepaid, insured, and securely wrapped. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit back to us. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Refunds can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days after we have received the returned shipment. If you are exchanging an item, we will send the new item to you if we have the item in stock.

Bathing suits and bikinis are FINAL SALE. They can not be exchanged or returned. Footwear can be returned for a different size as long as the original tags are attached, they have not been worn and you have original receipt of purchase
