Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Lessons

WHAT WE OFFER:

1.5 HOUR - STAND UP PADDLE LESSON

Learn to SUP or improve your game. All 1.5 hour lessons can expect a land lesson that caters to your SUPing experience. All SUP lessons can expect a land lessons followed by an instructional SUP session in the ocean. From beginner to advanced, our instructors can work with all skill levels. All SUP lessons are private bookings. The 2-3 student rate is for priavte groups only. We do not offer open group lessons.

1 Student: $175
2-3 Students: $135/per person
Prices do NOT include 16% City of San Diego Surcharge

Paddling for the first time, can be difficult, but it doesn’t have to be!

For novices we provide the perfect beginner boards and will give you a comprehensive introductory to Standup Paddleboarding. You will learn, what the best equipment and set up is for you and where and how to best get past the break. Our instructors take you out into calm waters and show you the secrets of balancing & paddling technique.

If you already have some experience we would love to take you to the next level! Improving your power stroke, pivot turns or catching your first wave on a SUP.

Are you getting ready for a race? Practicing yoga on your SUP? Or already catching waves, but working on cross-stepping or your bottom turns – Our certified instructors will help you improving your skills and show you some tricks & twists for more flow, more rail or a deeper stretch!

We will provide you with a SUP board as part of the package, or alternatively you can bring your own.

Wetsuit rentals are available for $6 per lesson.
